Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Mission Statement

Diversity & Inclusion are more than just words for us. They’re core principles embedded in Bandan Koro’s culture and guide how we build and cultivate positive relationships, support communities and create an environment that’s the right fit for every person inside of it. For Bandan Koro, diversity, equity, and inclusion are at the core of who we are. Our commitment to these values are central to our mission and to the impact we aspire to have. We know that we have a multicultural support system (YOU!) and we want to be sure this reflects in our space.

  • Promoting the maximum individual attention and effort on behalf of employees at all levels to avoid and prevent accidents.

While the overall responsibility for Health and Safety rests with the Trustees, all employees and students at every level have a duty to fulfill their legal obligations and responsibilities.
